Quantification of isoorientin and total flavonoids in Passiflora edulis fruit pulp by HPLC-UV/DAD

method is reported for the quantification of isoorientin (using a standard addition method) and total flavonoids (expressed as rutin, using the external standard method) in passion fruit pulp (Passiflora edulis Sims f. flavicarpa Degener, Passifloraceae).

Preparative chromatography of flavonoids and saponins in Gynostemma pentaphyllum and their antiproliferation effect on hepatoma cell

Screening for ligands of human aromatase from mulberry (Mori alba L.) leaf by using high-performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry

Study of flavonoids in aqueous spinach extract using positive electrospray ionisation tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry

The presence of three flavonols (quercetin, kaempferol, myricetin) and two flavones (apigenin, luteolin) were investigated in the extract of fresh spinach leaves. Aqueous spinach extracts were prepared with a leaf/water ratio of 1:2 at 80?C for 30min stirring.

Analysis of the constituents of aqueous preparations of Stachys recta by HPLC–DAD and HPLC–ESI-MS
