Brain concentrations of tricyclic antidepressants: Single-dose kinetics and relationship to plasma concentrations in chronically dosed rats

AbstractA previously reported method of measuring tricyclic antidepressant concentrations in brain tissue and plasma was used to measure amitriptyline (AMI) in rats following drug administration using different routes, doses, and time intervals.

n assay for glycine and taurine conjugates of cholic, chenodeoxycholic and deoxycholic acid in serum by a high pressure liquid chromatographic-enzymatic system is presented. The bile acids are extracted from serum by a reverse-phase liquid chromatographic process with an octadecylsilane column.

Use of XAD-2 Macroreticular Resin for the Recovery of Aldicarb and its Metabolites in Drinking Water

Utilization of Micro-Hplc Technique for Estimating Hydrophobic Substituent Parameters in Qsar Works

Fingerprinting of Crude Oils for Pollution Control

The results revealed that petroporphyrins are not readily susceptible to natural weathering processes and that their HPLC fingerprints may be applied to crude oil classification and could supplement other techniques of identifying oil pollutants.
