Structure and luminescence of copper(I) cyanide–amine and –sulfide networks

Copper(I) cyanide reacts with amines and sulfides (L) to form ligand-decorated polymeric chains, (CuCN)L n (n =0.5?2), many of which are highly photoluminescent. X-ray, thermal, computational, and photophysical data are presented.

Crystal structures, magnetic and photoluminescent properties of one-dimensional lanthanide complexes with picolinate ligand

Two novel lanthanide picolinate complexes [Ln(pic)3](Ln=Nd(1) and Sm(2); Hpic=picolinic acid) were prepared by hydrothermal method. The results of an X-ray crystallographic analysis reveal that both of complexes are unique tris-carboxylato-bridged one-dimensional chain structures.

Solvothermal syntheses, crystal structures, and luminescent properties of two novel silver(I) coordination polymers containing 5-aryl-substituted tetrazolate ligands

The solvothermal reactions of AgNO3, NaN3, with benzonitrile or 4-cyanopyridine in methanol/water yield two novel metal?organic coordination polymers, [Ag(?3-phtta)] n (1) (phtta=5-phenyltetrazolate) and {Ag[?4-(4-pytta)]} n (2) [4-pytta=5-(4-pyridyl)tetrazolate], respectively.
