Effect of Eu,Tb codoping on the luminescent properties of Y2O3 nanorods

Red-emitting Y2O3:Eu3+ and green-emitting Y2O3:Tb3+ and Y2O3:Eu3+, Tb3+ nanorods were synthesized by hydrothermal method. Their structure and micromorphology have been analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).

Synthesis and spectral characteristics of Sr2Y8(SiO4)6O2: Eu polycrystals

Spectral-luminescent characteristics of Sr2Y8(SiO4)6O2: Eu powder crystal phosphor with the apatite structure and high-intensity luminescence of Eu3+ ions have been studied. The charge state of europium in the samples has been characterized by means of X-ray L3-adsorption spectroscopy.

Investigation of crystallographic sites of Eu3+ in La2BaZnO5 by site-selective laser-excitation spectroscopy

La2BaZnO5:Eu3+ (0.05mol%) was prepared by a solid-state reaction at high temperature. X-ray powder diffraction analysis confirmed the formation of single phase La2BaZnO5. Luminescence properties of La2BaZnO5:Eu3+ are investigated by site-selective laser-excitation and emission spectroscopy at 18K.

Novel highly luminescent europium dinitrosalicylates
