Structural properties of Sm3+ doped cerium oxide nanorods synthesized by hydrolysis assisted co-precipitation method

Cubic phase of 5% samarium doped cerium oxide nanoparticles was successfully synthesized by hydrolysis assisted co-precipitation method. The average grain sizes of the as-prepared and annealed (800?C) samples were 12?16nm respectively.

Green emission from Eu2+/Dy3+ codoped SrO-Al2O3-B2O3 glass-ceramic by ultraviolet light and femtosecond laser irradiation

pectroscopic investigation of Eu2+/Dy3+ codoped SrO-Al2O3-B2O3 glass-ceramic is presented. The sample exhibits green emission excited by ultraviolet (UV) light and near-IR femtosecond (fs) laser.
