Regularization in parallel MR image reconstruction

Parallel MRI has brought forward new applications by reducing the scan time in MR image acquisition. The acceleration is achieved by reducing the number of phase encode steps acquired during the image acquisition thus giving aliased images.

Accelerated cardiac perfusion imaging using k-t SENSE with SENSE training

In k-t sensitivity encoding (SENSE), MR data acquisition performed in parallel by multiple coils is accelerated by sparsely sampling the k-space over time. The resulting aliasing is resolved by exploiting spatiotemporal correlations inherent in dynamic images of natural objects.

Robust Solvers for Inverse Imaging Problems Using Dense Single-Precision Hardware

We present an iterative framework for robustly solving large inverse problems arising in imaging using only single-precision (or other reduced-precision) arithmetic, which allows the use of high-density processors (e.g. Cell BE and Graphics Processing Units).

Fully automatic, retrospective enhancement of real-time acquired cardiac cine MR images using image-based navigators and respiratory motion-corrected averaging
