Ceramic cells for high pressure NMR spectroscopy of proteins

pplication of high pressure to biological macromolecules can be used to find new structural states with a smaller specific volume of the system. High pressure NMR spectroscopy is a most promising analytical tool for the study of these states at atomic resolution.

Solid-State NMR Characterization of Wilkinson's Catalyst Immobilized in Mesoporous SBA-3 Silica

The Wilkinson's catalyst [RhCl(PPh3)3] has been immobilized inside the pores of amine functionalized mesoporous silica material SBA-3 and The structure of the modified silica surface and the immobilized rhodium complex was determined by a combination of different solid-state NMR methods.

NMR metabolic profile of human follicular fluid

The aim of this work is to identify the metabolic profile of FF samples exhaustively using High Resolution Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). A total of 30 FF samples from oocyte donors (<35 years) were analysed.

Phosphine Ligands in the Palladium-Catalysed Methoxycarbonylation of Ethene: Insights into the Catalytic Cycle through an HP NMR Spectroscopic Study

Novel cis-1,2-bis(di-tert-butyl-phosphinomethyl) carbocyclic ligands 6-9 have been prepared and the corresponding palladium complexes [Pd(O3SCH3)(L-L)][O3SCH3] (L-L=diphosphine) 32-35 synthesised and characterised by NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.

NMR-based analysis of structure of heteroleptic triple-decker (phthalocyaninato) (porphyrinato) lanthanides in solutions

Analysis of LISs showed two sets of protons in the molecule with opposite signs of shift. Two-nuclei analysis of LISs testifies isostructurality of the whole series of investigated complexes in solution despite contraction of the lanthanide ions.
