Thermal oxidation of CP Ti — An electrochemical and structural characterization

In the present study commercially pure titanium (CP Ti) samples were oxidized thermally at three different temperatures (500, 650 and 800?C) for 24h and evaluation of their morphological and structural characteristics, microhardness and corrosion resistance in Ringer's solution was done.

Stress analysis of local blisters coupling Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Correlation between experimental results and continuous damage modelling for buckling in an iron oxide/phosphated iron system

In this present work, local stress development in the iron oxide layers growing on phosphated ?-Fe at 400?C in ambient air is investigated by Raman spectroscopy. Coupled with X-ray diffraction it enables to obtain directly local stresses? maps in the oxide layers.

Preparation and magnetic properties of ZnFe2O4 nanofibers by coprecipitation–air oxidation method

Oxidation of β-SiAlONs prepared by a combination of combustion synthesis and spark plasma sintering
