Two isomers containing a [Cu(Me2bpzb)] unit: Molecule (0-D) and 1-D

Two isomers (molecule 1 and 1-D 2) containing [Cu(Me2bpzb)] units have been obtained under the different reaction conditions, and their structures have been determined by X-ray crystallography.

On tuning the orientation of grains of spray pyrolysed ZnO thin films

Effect of varying spray rate on the structure and optoelectronic properties of spray pyrolysed ZnO film is analysed. ZnO films were characterised using different techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoluminescence, electrical resistivity measurement, and optical absorption.

GaN grown on Si(111) with step-graded AlGaN intermediate layers

The authors report the growth of crack-free GaN on Si(111) substrate with step-graded AlGaN intermediate layers all grown at 1120?C. By preparing all these layers at high-temperature, we can simplify the growth proceduce and minimize the growth time.

Wet sulfur passivation of GaSb(100) surface for optoelectronic applications

omparative analysis of the properties of the non-passivated and S-passivated GaSb(100) surfaces has been performed through PL, AFM and RHEED characterization. The samples treated with a 1M Na2S aqueous solution demonstrate an increase in the 5K PL intensity.

Effect of tartaric acid on the microstructure and photoluminescence of SrTiO3:Pr3+ phosphors prepared by a sol–gel method
