Synthesis of large silicon substituted AlPO4-11 single crystals

Large-sized SAPO-11 single crystals (40?80?180?m3) have been successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction show that the crystal is of Icm2 space group symmetry.

Structural, morphological and electrical properties of spray deposited nano-crystalline CeO2 thin films

? Nanocrystalline, uniform, dense, and adherent cerium oxide (CeO2) thin films have been successfully deposited by a simple and cost effective spray pyrolysis technique. CeO2 films were deposited at low substrate and annealing temperatures of 350?C and 500?C, respectively.

Thickness effects of Bi0.89Ti0.11FeO3 thin films deposited on PbZr0.2Ti0.79Nb0.01O3 buffer layers

Effect of dysprosia doping on structural and electrical property of stabilized zirconia for intermediate- temperature SOFCs

Sonochemical synthesis and characterization of disk-like copper microcrystals

It was found that as-prepared Cu microcrystals were single crystals in nature and had a high crystallinity. They were mainly composed of disk-like and triangular Cu microcrystals with an average diameter of about 1?m.
