Dielectric and Piezoelectric Properties of (1-x)(0.36BiScO3-0.64 PbTiO3)-xBiYbO3 Ceramics

(1-x)(0.36BiScO3-0.64PbTiO3)-xBiYbO3 (BSYPTx) piezoelectric ceramics were synthesized by the conventional mixed oxide ceramic processing. The Curie temperature of samples was found in the range from 435?C to 454?C due to the addition of 0.02 ~ 0.14 mol% BiYbO3.
