Effect of oxygen vacancy and dopant concentration on the magnetic properties of high spin Co2+ doped TiO2 nanoparticles

Co doped TiO2 nanoparticles have been synthesized by a simple sol?gel route taking 7.5, 9.5 and 10.5mol% of cobalt concentration. Formation of nanoparticles is confirmed by XRD and TEM. Increase in d-spacing occurs for (004) and (200) peak with increase in impurity content.

Dependence of Firing Temperatures on Phase Formation, Microstructure and Phase Transition of (Pb1 - xBax)TiO3 Ceramics

(Pb1 - xBax)TiO3 or PBT (0.025 ? x ? 0.100) ceramics were prepared via the solid state reaction method. The powders, calcined above 800?C, belonged to a pure tetragonal structure.

Dielectric and Piezoelectric Properties of (1-x)(0.36BiScO3-0.64 PbTiO3)-xBiYbO3 Ceramics

(1-x)(0.36BiScO3-0.64PbTiO3)-xBiYbO3 (BSYPTx) piezoelectric ceramics were synthesized by the conventional mixed oxide ceramic processing. The Curie temperature of samples was found in the range from 435?C to 454?C due to the addition of 0.02 ~ 0.14 mol% BiYbO3.

Morphotropic Phase Boundary of (Bi0.9La0.1)ScO3-PbTiO3 Piezoelectric Ceramics for High-Temperature Application

(1-x)(Bi0.9La0.1)ScO3-xPbTiO3 (x = 0.47~0.62, BLS-PT100x) were synthesized by conventional solid-state sintering. A morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) between rhombohedral and tetragonal phases was confirmed by X-ray analysis.

Solid-state transformation in ball milled nickel powder

olid-state tetragonal transformation of ball milled and cold pressed unmilled nickel powder is proposed. The phase evolution was characterized using the X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique, while the phase transition was analysed by the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
