Electrical and optical properties of μc-SiH films

AbstractMicrocrystalline silicon films have been found quite useful in amorphous silicon solar cells as a contact material in n-i-p cells. Microcrystalline silicon films are obtained when amorphous silicon films are prepared by R.F. glow discharge of SiH4 + H2 at higher power ratings.

Preparation and structural properties of YBCO films grown on GaN/c-sapphire hexagonal substrate

Epitaxial YBCO thin films have been grown on hexagonal GaN/c-sapphire substrates using DC magnetron sputtering and pulsed laser deposition. An MgO buffer layer has been inserted between the substrate and the YBCO film as a diffusion barrier.

Glycine as a complexing agent in CdS thin films: Theoretical insights

Glycine has been reported to be a complexing agent for transition metals such as Fe, Ni and Cr. In this work we propose that it could also yield good results for Cd in the application of depositing CdS thin films.

Characterization of diamond thin films deposited by a CO2 laser-assisted combustion-flame method

Diamond thin films were deposited by a CO2 laser-assisted O2/C2H2/C2H4 combustion-flame process. The effect of the deposition parameters, in particular the laser wavelength and power, on the film surface morphology, microstructure and phases present was the primary focus of the work.

Bias polarity dependent local electrical conduction in resistive switching TiO2 thin films

Influence of polyaniline doping concentration in (Bi0.5Sb0.5)2S3 thin polycrystalline films on structural, electrical and optical properties

The electrodeposition of as-deposited polycrystalline (Bi0.5Sb0.5)2S3 thin film and polyaniline doped thin films for three different concentrations from aqueous acidic bath onto stainless steel substrate and ITO coated conducting glass substrate is described.

Analysis of thickness dependence on the electrical properties of tin dioxide films in the presence of LPG gas

Chloride-based inorganic salt was used to prepare multiple layered tin dioxide thin films by sol?gel method. The deposited films were subjected to SEM, XRD and optical studies. Carrier concentrations of the multiple layered films were studied.
