Preparation and structural properties of YBCO films grown on GaN/c-sapphire hexagonal substrate

Epitaxial YBCO thin films have been grown on hexagonal GaN/c-sapphire substrates using DC magnetron sputtering and pulsed laser deposition. An MgO buffer layer has been inserted between the substrate and the YBCO film as a diffusion barrier.

Effect of zinc substitution on structural and magnetic properties of copper ferrite

The Cu?Zn mixed ferrites viz. Cu1?x Zn x Fe2O4 (x =0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 and 1.0) were synthesized by the oxalate co-precipitation method. Formation of the cubic ferrite phase was confirmed by X-ray diffraction studies.

Characterization of diamond thin films deposited by a CO2 laser-assisted combustion-flame method

Growth research of Sn nanoparticles deposited on Si(001) substrate by solid phase epitaxy

Uniform and densely packed (~1010 cm?2) Sn NPs were obtained at low Sn coverage, low annealing temperature and short annealing time, respectively. The XRD results showed that, the formed Sn NPs were in the form of crystalline ?-Sn, with a distinct orientation of Sn(110)//Si(001).
