Interaction between Human or Dog Leucocyte Proteases and Plasma Protease Inhibitors

Neutral human and dog leucocyte proteases were inactivated by complexation with ?1-antitrypsin and with the ?-macroglobulins. These two inhibitors closely resemble one another in their affinity for the above-mentioned proteases and for chymotrypsin, but differ in their affinity for trypsin.
