Preparation of Radioactive Gold Colloids for Indirect Isotope Lymphography and its Oncological Application

Radioactive colloidal gold suitable to indirect isotope lymphography reduced by glucose was prepared by the authors. PVP and gelatine were used as stabilizer. The particle size distribution was checked by electron microscope and the size distribution of particles was found nearly identical.
